PLEASE MASTER
  • Treat Physical Illness   
       Take care of your body.  
       See a doctor when necessary. 
       Take prescribed medicine.
  • Balance Eating
       Eat nutritious meals.  
       Be aware of food sensitivities.

           Abstain from alcohol, too much caffeine, sugar
      • Balance Sleep
             Take supplements to help you sleep.  
             GABA, Melatonin.
        • Get Exercise
               Move your body.

                  feel competent and in control.
